Practical service details needed to do the work, such as access instructions, which are kept only as long as needed.

To reply to your request and discuss whether I can help.
To schedule and carry out the services we agree on.
To keep you updated about visits and anything that needs your attention.

Your information isn't sold, and it isn't shared for marketing.

Who else may see it

Limited information may be shared where it's necessary to provide the service you've asked for — for example giving your pet's name and appointment time to your veterinarian or groomer, or with the service providers used to run this website and its request form ([FORM SERVICE]).

How long it's kept

Enquiries and client records are kept only as long as needed for the service and for ordinary business records. Access details such as door codes are removed when they're no longer needed.
